1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using HairChanger, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use HairChanger for an organization or on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority and permission to do so.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. HairChanger is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required for independent consent in their location. A parent or legal guardian must be involved where applicable.
3. License to use the app
Subject to these Terms, HairChanger grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and service for lawful personal purposes on supported Apple devices.
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the app or service except where law permits,
- reverse engineer, bypass, probe, or interfere with security, credit, payment, or access controls,
- use automated systems to overload, scrape, or abuse the service,
- extract or reuse the preset catalogue, product content, or generated service infrastructure commercially, or
- use HairChanger in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
4. Your photos and other content
You keep any rights you already hold in the photos and content you provide. You give HairChanger and its service providers a limited permission to host, transmit, reproduce, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate the requested generation, deliver results, secure the service, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
You confirm that:
- you own the content or have sufficient permission to upload and process it,
- you have appropriate consent from every identifiable person shown,
- the content does not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights, and
- you will not upload confidential or highly sensitive content that is unnecessary for the feature.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use HairChanger to create, request, or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, exploitative, or abusive,
- sexualizes a minor or uses a minor's image without appropriate authority and consent,
- impersonates, deceives, defrauds, or falsely suggests endorsement by another person,
- uses another person's image for non-consensual intimate, humiliating, or harmful manipulation,
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights,
- attempts to bypass safety, payment, credit, rate, or technical limits, or
- introduces malware, attacks, or unauthorized access attempts.
We may reject a request, remove access, preserve records, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed to protect users, providers, the public, or the service.
6. AI-generated results
HairChanger uses third-party AI services to create images and videos. Results can be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, unexpected, or visually unrealistic. Similar inputs may produce different outputs, and the service may occasionally fail to complete a request.
A generated result is a style-planning reference. It does not guarantee that a haircut, color, beard, makeup, cosmetic effect, or outfit can be reproduced exactly or safely. HairChanger does not inspect your real hair texture, density, elasticity, porosity, scalp, allergies, chemical history, or professional feasibility.
You are responsible for reviewing a result before using or sharing it and for seeking appropriate professional advice. Do not represent a generated image as an untouched photograph when that would mislead someone.
7. Credits, features, and availability
HairChanger can use credits to access generation features. Different image and video features can have different costs. The current cost is shown or supplied in the app. Credits are intended to be deducted after a result is successfully delivered, but errors, delayed provider responses, or service incidents may require support review.
Subscription credit allotments can reset at the start of a new billing period. Unused credits may not roll over unless the current offer explicitly says otherwise. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a bank balance or stored-value payment account.
Features, presets, models, costs, limits, output formats, generation time, and availability may change. We do not guarantee that a particular feature or provider will remain available.
8. Subscriptions, payments, and refunds
Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. The price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms if any, and included access are shown before confirmation. Payment is charged to the Apple Account used for purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple before renewal under Apple's rules.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account subscription settings.
- Use Restore Purchases in HairChanger to check eligible purchases made with the same Apple Account.
- Apple controls refund eligibility and payment reversals.
To request an App Store refund, use Apple's Report a Problem service. HairChanger does not receive your full card details and cannot directly issue an App Store refund.
9. Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where it applies. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms for the licensed application, the mandatory Apple terms control to the extent of that conflict.
10. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how selected photos, generated media, app identifiers, credits, purchase events, support messages, and website information are processed. Generated results are currently stored on HairChanger servers without a fixed automatic expiration.
11. Intellectual property
HairChanger, including its app, code, design, brand, preset catalogue, text, layout, and service technology, is owned by HairChanger or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
Rights in AI-generated output can vary by location, source content, provider terms, and the rights of others. HairChanger does not promise that a result is exclusive, copyrightable, non-infringing, or suitable for commercial use.
12. Third-party services and links
HairChanger relies on third parties such as Apple, Adapty, ApiMart, hosting, email, and analytics providers. Their services and policies can change, become unavailable, or impose separate terms. External links are provided for convenience and do not mean endorsement.
13. Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may maintain, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue all or part of HairChanger. We may restrict access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, payment or security controls are being abused, a provider requires action, or continued access creates legal, safety, or technical risk.
You can stop using the service at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription or delete server-stored generated media.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HairChanger is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or a specific visual outcome. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
HairChanger does not provide medical, dermatological, cosmetological, legal, or other professional advice. Product instructions, allergy warnings, patch tests, strand tests, and qualified professional guidance should not be ignored because of a generated preview.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HairChanger and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, reputation, or business arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Responsibility for misuse
Where permitted by law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or costs caused by your unlawful use of HairChanger, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
17. Governing rules and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the HairChanger operator, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Before starting a formal dispute, contact [email protected] so the issue can be reviewed.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the product, pricing, providers, law, or risk controls change. The current version will show a revised date. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
19. General terms
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without permission; HairChanger may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or service transfer where law allows.
